Open Sky Artworks Terms Of Use

1. All submissions are subject to a $15 processing fee.
2. All submissions will be carefully screened by the Operations Team at Open Sky Artworks LLC. Payment of the fee guarantees placement into any contest we have going on at the time, however, payment of the submission fee does not guarantee promotion or selection for OSA’s Music Post. All submissions WILL be thrown into rotation on OSA’s Official Online Radio (must be radio friendly, not explicit) and given to OSA Club/Radio DJs located in NY, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Atlanta.This fee is mandatory and will be used to continue operational costs and promotion of the OSA brand.
3. Once we select and announce our chosen songs for the upcoming Featured Music Post or contest, you will be notified via the email address you enter in the submission form.
4. By sending us your music, photo and/or other promotional material, you are giving Open Sky Artworks permission to use it on our website.
5. All decisions on music selections will be solely subject to the Operations Team at Open Sky Artworks LLC.
6. We will not steal or use your information or music without your permission, by submitting your track you give Open Sky Artworks the non-exclusive right to place your material on blogs, in email blasts and on radio for promotional use only. We will never sell your music that you send us and will not benefit financially from exploitation of your music.
7. Open Sky Artworks and Strive Till I Rise are in no way liable for your upload, you indemnify Open Sky Artworks from any claims or arbitration that may arise from your use of media and copyrighted materials.

Open Sky Artworks refers inquiries to our affiliates depending on what type of service is needed by our clients. We are in no way liable for any business done between clients and affiliates. Affiliates are carefully chosen based on prior business interactions with Open Sky Artworks and are expected to interact with clients in a professional and efficient manner. Any complaints brought to OSA about any of our affiliates will be looked into closely and will result in an appropriate action. We are dedicated to serving our clients to the best of our ability and hold our affiliates to the highest of standards.
